AUTOMATIC HYDRAULIC STRAIGHTENING PRESS
The SRP Model uses the basic C-frame design and hydraulic components of our proven line of manual straightening presses. The part is mounted on a power driven table using linear slides for easy positioning at each straightening point. PLC controls are standard but for an additional cost, these models can be upgraded to an ARP with the ORCA2 PC controls. Easy access to tooling and flexibility are the trademark of this model.

C- Frame design with rack and pinion driven table mounted on linear rails.
CAPACITY
16, 25, 40, 60, 100, 160, 250 ton; with internal hydraulic power unit. Contact sales department for special designs of larger capacity machines.
CONTROL
The Eitel Model ASP utilizes state of the art control technology that employs Windows-based computers in an open architecture. This,coupled with our advanced straightening algorithms, make for a platform with unparalleled performance with regards to tight straightening tolerances, fast cycle times, and high machine uptime.
