MANUAL HYDRAULIC STRAIGHTENING PRESS
The Eitel "Stroke Control" feature allows the operator to set the length of the stroke independent of the force required to bend the part. This allows the operator to repeat the same stroke length within .001" each time or to adjust it by means of the stroke control lever within a narrow limit to prevent overbending of the part. This, combined with tooling designed for specific applications, enables the operator to straighten and measure in the same fixture thus reducing cycle times exponentially.
DESIGN
C-frame with hand-load, hand operated traveling carriage for unlimited straightening points. It can straighten parts up to 20 feet in length depending on part diameter.
CAPACITY
10, 16, 25, 40, 60, 100, 160, 250 ton; with internal hydraulic power unit. Contact sales department for special designs of larger capacity machines.
CONTROLS
Manual through the use of a hand lever connected to the control valve via mechanical linkages. This provides an adjustable stroke length of 6 inches with a fine adjustment for straightening of 7/8 of an inch.
